Thar Tech pilot plant model RESS 250

Equipment with agitation for impregnation of porous matrices fully automated. It consists of:

  • a high pressure pump
  • a 250 mL stainless steel extractor vessel surrounded by an electric heating jacket
  • a magnetic stirrer with a maximum speed of 2500 rpm
  • a stainless steel collecting vessel
  • a FlexCOR coriolis mass flowmeter

Iberfluids pilot plant model SAS

Fully automated equipment for deposition of nanoparticles in solid matrices capable of operating in a pressure range up to 350 bar and 100ºC temperature. It consists of:

  • a 500 ml precipitator vessel
  • a high pressure pump for solvent injection with a flow rate between 1-50 g/min
  • a high pressure pump for CO2 injection with a flow rate between 5-200g/min
  • a 500 mL cyclonic separator to separate CO2 and organic solvent
  • an automated back pressure regulator
  • a Temperature controller
  • a heat exchanger
  • a cooling bath to keep CO2 below 5ºC
  • a plant control computer with software installed. In addition, CD software is available for possible reinstallations
  • nozzles of 100, 150  and 200 micras diameter

Iberfluids pilot plant model SSI

Fully automated equipment for deposition of nanoparticles in solid matrices capable of operating in a pressure range up to 400 bar and 100ºC temperature. It consists of:

  • a 500 ml solubilization chamber
  • a 500 ml impregnation chamber
  • a high pressure pump for solvent injection with a flow rate between 1-50 g/min
  • a high pressure pump for CO2 injection with a flow rate between 5-200g/min
  • a 500 mL cyclonic separator to separate CO2 and organic solvent
  • an automated back pressure regulator
  • a Temperature controller
  • a heat exchanger
  • a cooling bath to keep CO2 below 5ºC
  • a plant control computer with software installed
