Dissolution Tester Metrohm model DT 828/1000 LH/HH

The equipment relates to a device for studying the release kinetics of bioactive compounds which is fully automated and consists of an in-line solution tester with an automated sampling method and a spectrophotometer for collecting, analysing and reporting data. The dissolution tester has 8 vessels of maximum capacity of 1 L together with their paddles and baskets, with self-centring of the vessels, conversion kit for vessels of lower capacity and bath with evaporation less than 1% for 24h and heating up to 50ºC. The on/off automatic sampling station allows the collection of aliquots with time intervals of at least 5 min. The spectrophotometer has the capacity to measure at least 6 buckets and in different positions.
